By accessing or purchasing from mindconquersmatter.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Products and pricing
We work to display products and colors accurately, but screen rendering varies and slight variation in print placement is normal for made-to-order apparel. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by one, with a full refund.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or where a pricing error has occurred. Because items are made to order, changes and cancellations are generally only possible within 12 hours of purchase.
Intellectual property
All designs, logos, wordmarks, copy, and images on this site are the property of Mind Conquers Matter and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or to interfere with its operation.

Limitation of liability
