Shipping Policy
Production time
Every Mind Conquers Matter product is made to order. Allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During launches and holiday periods this can extend slightly; we will always tell you if it does.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 3–7 business days after production.
- Canada: 5–12 business days after production.
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–16 business days after production.
- Australia & rest of world: 10–21 business days after production.
Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on where your order is going and how many items are in it — you see the exact amount before you pay.
- United States: from $5.65 for a single item, scaling with order size.
- Canada: from $13.95.
- United Kingdom: from $13.50.
- Australia: from $13.75.
- Rest of world: from $13.50.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships. If tracking has not moved after five business days, email us and we will chase it.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can correct an address within 12 hours of ordering. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.
